At Surah Foods, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Within Kerala: Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
  • Outside Kerala (All India): Orders are delivered within 7 to 15 working days.
    Delivery times may vary slightly due to location, courier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@surahfoods.com with your order ID and a clear photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a resolution.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Returns

We accept returns for all items, including discounted items, under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 2 days of delivery
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Partial usage is allowed but must be clearly mentioned

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order separately.
